How it works
Six weeks, five steps, one green light.
Each step has a clear output, and your team signs off before anything changes in your system.
- Week 1
Kickoff and access
We agree what success looks like with your sponsor and set up read-only access.
You receive: a one-page scope with success measures and the agreed ticket count.
- Week 2
Audit
We score the backlog and report what's stale, unowned or unclear.
You receive: an audit report with a count you can rely on.
- Weeks 3 to 4
Clean-up
We prepare batches of tickets to close or fix. Your team approves each batch before anything changes.
You receive: approved batches and a running tally of what changed.
- Week 5
The "ready" standard
We agree a short standard for what a ticket needs before a release, and trial it on live work.
You receive: a one-page standard and notes from the trial.
- Week 6
Health view and handover
We set up a weekly view of release readiness and walk your team through it.
You receive: the weekly health view and a handover session.
What we check
The same four areas as the self-check.
Requirements
Do tickets have clear acceptance criteria before work starts?
Backlog hygiene
Are old tickets reviewed and closed?
Release process
Is there a stable release calendar with a go/no-go point?
Ownership
Does every ticket have an owner?
