What we collect

• If you send the contact form: your name, email, organisation and message.
• If you ask the chat assistant to pass you to a person: the details you give it and a short summary, which you review before it is sent.
• The self-check: nothing. Your answers stay in your browser.

Why

To reply to you and to discuss whether we can help. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

• Web3Forms delivers form and handover messages to us by email.
• While you chat, your messages are processed by an AI service (Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate replies. We don't store the chat.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare.

The AI assistant

The assistant is an AI, not a person. It can make mistakes and can't give advice or quote prices. Please don't share passwords or sensitive information with it.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us through the contact form. Contact email and entity details: to be added once registered.
