The offer
Release Health and Backlog Reset
A fixed-scope engagement, designed to run for six weeks, that finds why your releases slip and puts the fixes in place.
What you get
Backlog audit
Every open ticket scored for clarity, age and ownership, so you can see what's really there.
Clean-up
Stale and duplicate tickets reviewed, then closed or fixed in batches your team approves first.
A "ready" standard
A one-page definition of what a ticket needs before it can enter a release, trialled on live work.
A weekly health view
A simple view of how ready your next release is, handed over with a walk-through.
What we need from you
- Read-only access to your Jira.
- One named contact who can make decisions.
- A 30-minute kickoff with your CIO or sponsor.
- Your team's time to approve each clean-up batch.
What it isn't
- Not a guarantee of release dates. We deliver the work, and the outcome depends on your team too.
- Not an ongoing managed service.
- Not a surprise bill. We agree the ticket count up front, and anything beyond it is scoped with you in writing first.
Questions we expect
Do you change anything in our Jira?
Not without your approval. We work read-only by default. Each clean-up batch is a list your team approves first. We only get write access, for that batch, if you choose to grant it.
Do you need access to our ERP or production data?
No. The engagement is about tickets, requirements and releases, so read-only access to Jira is what we ask for.
Who does the work?
A small team of AI specialists, each with one defined job, with a person reviewing everything before it reaches you. More on how we work.
Which tools process our data?
We name the tools in the engagement agreement, and we ask for your written consent before we start.
What if our backlog is bigger than you expected?
We agree the ticket count up front. If the real number is higher, we tell you straight away and agree any change in writing before we do the extra work.
Can you guarantee our releases will hit their dates?
No. We fix what's in our scope and leave you a view to keep it that way. Dates also depend on your team, your vendors and your priorities.
How much does it cost?
One fixed fee, agreed after a short call once we know the size of your backlog. We don't publish a price list because the scope depends on that count.
